During the training, many senior managers such as Mr. Zhou Xia, Vice Chairman and CSF’s President shared the company’s operational strategy and marketing experience with trainees. Fu Xiao, one of “Wealth & Wisdom 2003 China’s Top 10 Outstanding Management Trainers” imparted marketing skills. A financial trainer also analyzed and explained relevant information on the topic, “Changing from Business Tax to Value-added Tax”.
At the beginning of the training, Mr. Zhou Xia shared some ideas on the topic, “PPP Investment Project Exchange and Discussion”, which greatly benefited the trainees. On the second day, marketing expert Fu Yao taught “Big Project Client Marketing Skills”, which was highly beneficial for the trainees, resulting in a very active atmosphere. Following that, “Change from Business Tax to Value-added Tax” was explained in detail, introducing the new policy to trainees and provided them in-depth understanding of the same, along with financial management rules. The trainer interspersed humor during the training sessions, helping break the ice and making the training more effective. At the end of the training, Mr. Zhou Xia summarized the three-day training with the topic, “From Sales to Marketing, From Execution to Thinking”.
